Welcome to Staffies In Need

We are funded entirely by donations and whatever we can raise from events like car-boot sales. We are starting, once again, to look at ways we can raise funds to enable us to help more dogs.

Please have a look at our online fundraising and donations site by clicking on the link below.

Please click here to donate online

Rather than trying to organise a sponsored event and asking supporters to come along, we are asking people who want to help out, to come up with their own fund-raising ideas. You can add them to our online page by simply clicking on "create sponsorship page"

We feel this approach to fund-raising allows supporters to organise and take part in events that appeal to them. It could be that you could hold a car boot sale or cake sale, and donate the funds via the online service. Or perhaps you'd like to organise a sponsored event. By creating a sponsorship page, people can sponsor you online.

Please remember that any help you can give, is very much appreciated by us and the dogs it allows us to help. Thankyou.

We also have a downloadable poster if you'd like to help promote us, again, please see the “How you can help” section of this website

Other Rescues

Whilst we have very limited funds, we try to help out other rescues in any way we can - sometimes it's just notifying the long list of contacts we have of a rescue's particular needs...

Precious Poundies

If you have a few spare hours and want to help the poundies please consider helping us with transport. We always need new transporters, and you don't need to live near the pound or oop north!! We transport the poundies to rescues all over the country, from Scotland all the way down to the West Country so where ever you are in the country there is bound to be an opportunity to help.

Free doggy cuddles are guaranteed along with the knowledge of knowing that you really have saved a life.

We particularly need transporters in the Herts, Surrey, London, West Midlands and South Coast areas.

You need to have a means of securing the dog in the car, whether that's a crate, or harness or dog guard.
It's always best to have a spare lead, preferably a slip lead but it's not essential.

If you can help please...
